Delete your Mindix account

From inside Mindix

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account at the bottom of the Account section. You will be asked to confirm once. The account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period and no way to undo it.

If you can no longer sign in

Email yaroslav102201@gmail.com from the address your account uses, and we will delete it for you. We answer within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.

What is deleted

Everything tied to you personally, permanently and at once: your sign-in credentials and email address, your profile (display name, username, bio, links, avatar), your learning progress — finished lessons, answers, review items, course enrolments — your streak and daily activity, your friendships and pending friend requests, and your notification settings.

What is kept, and why

Two things survive, and neither of them identifies you any more: reports you sent about a lesson, so a mistake you found still gets fixed, and our own accounting records of what a request cost to serve. Both are detached from your account — the row stays, the link to you is removed.

Payment records, if you ever bought Plus, are held by our payment provider for as long as tax law requires. We cannot delete those on request; see the Privacy Policy.
