1. About this service
Mindix generates a personalized, AI-assisted learning course on a topic of your choice, and helps you retain what you learn through lessons, quizzes, and spaced review. By creating an account or using Mindix, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Mindix. By confirming your age during onboarding, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to use Mindix only for lawful purposes and not to submit topics or content that are illegal, harmful, or abusive.
4. Plans and limits
Mindix offers a Free plan and a Pro plan (see our Pricing page for current details). The Free plan is limited to one active course and up to 15 AI-generated lessons in total. The Pro plan removes these limits but remains subject to a reasonable fair-use policy to prevent abuse of the service. We may adjust plan limits going forward; material reductions will be communicated in advance where practical.
5. AI-generated content
Lessons, explanations, examples, and quiz questions on Mindix are generated by AI models. While we apply automated safety and quality checks, AI-generated content can be incomplete or factually incorrect. Please verify important information independently, especially before relying on it for exams, professional work, or other consequential decisions. Mindix is an educational aid, not a substitute for professional advice.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Mindix if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or attempt to abuse plan limits or the AI generation pipeline. You may stop using Mindix and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Limitation of liability
Mindix is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mindix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
