Terms of Service

1. About this service
Mindix teaches a fixed set of courses — languages, IT, mathematics and music — through lessons, exercises and spaced review. Every lesson is written by us in advance; nothing is generated for you when you open it. By creating an account or using Mindix, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Mindix, and Mindix is not directed at children under 13. Where the law of your country sets a higher age for consenting to the processing of your personal data on your own, you need the permission of a parent or guardian until you reach that age. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to use Mindix only for lawful purposes, and not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive through the parts of the product that accept text from you — your profile and lesson reports.
4. Plans and limits
Mindix offers a Free plan and a Plus plan (see our Pricing page for current details). Every course and every lesson is available on both: nothing is behind the paywall. The Free plan limits how many wrong answers you may give in a sitting before being asked to review your mistakes, and Plus removes that limit and adds profile customisation. We may adjust plan limits going forward; material reductions will be communicated in advance where practical.
5. Course content
Lessons, explanations, examples and exercises are written by us and ship with the product; they are not generated for you and do not change between learners. We check them, and they can still contain mistakes. Please verify important information independently before relying on it for exams, professional work, or other consequential decisions — Mindix is an educational aid, not a substitute for professional advice. If you find an error, the report button inside a lesson is the fastest way to tell us.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Mindix if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or attempt to circumvent plan limits. You may stop using Mindix and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Limitation of liability
Mindix is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from inaccuracies in the course content.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mindix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
